Atomic Habits is perfect for anyone who's in their 20s and thinks their life is not what they expected, for those who are insecure and think that their progress is far left behind than others. Atomic Habits should be your bible to pass through the quarter-life crisis. It is the answer and will definitely rewire your brain.
Atomic Habits is one of the most useful books I've read. If you want to motivate yourself and want to change your life, just read it. This is the perfect guide to leave your bad habit and start a new one. All the explanations are clear, practical, and straightforward. I am addicted to Juul-ing and it's so hard to stop, but this book at least gives me a clear path on how to start and now I'm doing it (I started to lower down the nicotine from 5% to 3% and rarely use Juul). We also tend to think that to accomplish extraordinary things we should do all the extraordinary and big stuff, but this book gives us a contradictory approach to the real lesson and logical explanation on why daily tiny improvements in our life could impact bigger than we think.
Seriously guys, just read it. It's a short book but will definitely exceed all your expectations. Atomic Habits is really worth every penny of your money.
